Why I never shop online - Men's Shoes and their Horrid Customer Service


I purchased shoes online and found that they were the wrong size. The website did not have the right size in that shoe so I went to the store. They did not have the shoe or any shoe in the correct size that I would want so I left.

I had decided I would look through what was online find something else I liked and then ship them back and wait for the new shoes.

Side Note: These shoes were a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who LOVED his old Aldos and did not want to try another brand.

I called the 1800 number because I wanted to chat with someone about my options since I wanted to send back a pair and purchase a totally different one. There are several factors I have questions about like the coupon I used, the shoe special that was going on during my purchase and attempts to get the replacement, the shipping of the pair back and new pair...

When I called I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. When I returned from my lunch break I tried the online chat that was not available, it prompted me to send an email that I never heard back from (I've searched my gmail to ensure it did not go to a sub/spam folder). Later in the week I called back and again was on hold over thirty minutes before hanging up (this time I intentionally waited beyond when I would normally hang up). I then sent them another email (this time in the email link) and explained everything I've been through, it's been a week and I've still heard nothing.

The issue is still unresolved and my boyfriend still does not have his present. I went out and purchased him a Google Chromecast so he could have something.

This is the worst customer service I've encountered.
