Hakes cross body eye shaped bag disappointment in service - Hakes bag
To whom this may concern,
I am a trendy fifteen year old that was interested in the Hakes cross body bag (a giant eye). I called up the information desk and asked if it was possible to send it to me from Canada because it is out of stock in the US. The woman said they could not do international shipping even though I am willing to pay the extra cost for this bag that I have seen featured in magazines. She gave me a few locations of where the bag is in stores and said there is a very small chance the stores could ship it to me. I called up stores all around the country and was told they could not take orders over the phone. After calling up a store somewhat close by, I learned I could go in and order it. I drove all the way to my local store and after driving 45 minutes there, I walked up to the counter to purchase it and was then told they could not order it. I was UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. I have gone to many great lengths to purchase this bag and I am very disappointed by the rude customer service I received when I called up to ask questions. I have always liked ALDO because of the trendy shoes and bags that are always online but I am very frustrated by the fact I cannot get this bag. Please help me get this bag!!
