Foulty shoes after 2 weeks - Trimm

Bought the shoes two weeks ago after few times I worn them I relise the sole it's start coming off as it's made from leather went back to shop wanted to do foulty refunded and the manager in brent cross branch refuse to take it back as he said it's the way how I'm walking how redicules it's that didn't got the refunded only gift card will made official complaint to head office served by the worst manner manager or supervisor called sham
