    Hello, I bought two pairs of shoes from Aldo store at Brampton, Canada with gift receipts. Sales rep told me that if size doesn't fit i can exchange shoe size from any Aldo store in any country. I tried to exchange one pair at Aldo Store in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. They said they can't do anything about it. NO return and NO Exchange.   • Store Manager in Call It Spring store is a terrible leader!

    I went to your store to purchase a pair of boots for the new fall/winter season. Upon entering, the sales person was on the phone and I could hear her cursing! I am sure it was a personal call and I can't believe she was ignoring me!   • Ripped Shoe Lace

    I bought a ($100) pair of shoes from Aldo, and within 2 months, one of the laces had ripped. I brought the shoes into the store, and the person told me that they would be able to do something about it only if there is something wrong with the actual shoe (not the lace) within 90 days of the purchase. They suggested I go look for laces at Walmart or another store, they did not even have laces for the shoe.     I have been on hold for over an hour and a half waiting to speak with a customer representative in regards to an error Aldo has made on my online purchase. I ordered a size 10 boot and received today a size 6!! Not only are there no more size 10's available in the boot online, the price has dropped by over 25 dollars since I purchased them a few days ago.   • Poor Quality

    I am extremely disappointed & frustrated with Aldo's product quality and customer service. I purchased a fabric backpack on 3/18/12 at an Aldo store for $48.99. When I was making the purchase, I enquired about the durability of the backpack and was assured by the salesperson that it was sturdy and lasting. I was told that Aldo products were known for their quality and to bring it back any time I had a problem.   • bad store experience

    I was drawn into the store by a beautiful black leather backpack with silver studs and spikes (for my daughter). While retrieving a fresh bag I gandered over at the sale priced buy 1 get 1 free earring rack. I fell in love with only 1 pair, so where was my deal? Since I was already spending more than the earrings on the backpack I guess I could've in essence asked for them for free but I asked for them at half price.   • Defective Boot

    The stiletto point wore down really quick. I called the store where I purchased the shoes. They wouldn't or couldn't help me. I went to a shoe repair store and I had to replace the stiletto points on both shoes. It cost $20. a month later the stiletto point is wore down on the same boot. I now realize that the heel in on an angle that is making it wear down. So it's defective. But its been two months now and I can't get them replaced. Please replace my boots. More...

    I bought a pair of shoes (black pointed heels), which lasted me less than 1 month. I took it to the store and 1 of the associates mentioned that he could fix it for me, however when I went back the second time the manager said that there was no way that they could do anything.     The manager named Chloe of store 2167 in Tukwila, WA (Southcenter Mall) yells at her employees in front of all customers, as well as yell and force people out of the store that she doesn't agree with.     I purchased five pairs of aldo shoes through amazon which turned out to be too snug. I normally wear 9.5wide so i ordered 10's.
