    RIP OFF!!!!!...went to this location and checked out the extra 50% off sale items section . Saw some shoes I wanted on sale for 69.99 that was to be an extra 50% of that "sale" price of 69.99.     Was sold a shoe that was clearly marked on sale for full price (the associate must've clearly noticed the red tag but charged me full price anyways).     I had bought a pair of Aldo shoes an year back when Aldo was running an offer where i got two pair of ahoes in 4000/-, i used one pair for my regular use and one was sealed pack kept in my wadrobe as it was received. Sometime later i opened up the other pair to wear it and i found out that that the black clor on it was just a layer pasted on it and which was coming out.     I purchased a pair of shoes online October 1st. I wore them around my house a couple times, realized they were never going to be comfortable, so I returned them via UPS on October 17th. The shoes I tried on were a little too small, so the customer service rep explained to me that they could ship the correct size to me for free. I ordered a wallet and a purse from the Robson location on October 2nd. Now even though the wallet was available to order online, aldo no longer had the item in stock so that was cancelled. The tracking system used by aldo to track shipments was not working for this particular shipment so I kept checking in with the store, but they didn't have it. I started e-mailing customer service, and on November 11 they replied saying that the purse did in fact arrive at the Robson location. I went to the Robson location three separate times and waiting at least 20 minutes each time for them to look in the back, because this location is ALWAYS understaffed so I have to wait at least 10 minutes just for a sales associate to be free to even talk to me. Once again Robson Aldo told me they did not have the purse and had no record of it ever arriving to the store. I have since e-mailed customer service THREE times since November 11, to find out where this purse is with no reply. It is December 11th and after waiting 40 minutes on hold customer service tells me that the purse did in fact arrive on October 10th and that someone signed for it and took it. He also told me that the Robson store should have refunded the purse to me instead of making me come back to keep checking if it had arrived.

SO after almost three months I have been refunded but offered no credit or anything after all this running around and time wasting. Why did I have to do all the work and hunt this item down? Oh because aldo has no problem charging you for items that you never receive. This is the worse customer service I have ever received ordering shoes or clothing through a store, and the worst part is that I have already spent so much money at this store

Horrible service. Poor quality. They are bunch of idiots. The company needs to be shut down. They are never ready to resolve. Very low quality people with low quality products. They are so incompetence and inefficient to the extent of sending entirely different items to customers. OMGosh! What a useless company. What a horrible combination of idiots. This company is meant to roast in fire.

I can't believe all the complaints people have about this company. I have shopped at ALDO for four years and I am now an employee there. I have never had any problems with there shoes. All my customers love the shoes and those that don't are appreciative of our great customer service. I think the policies are fair and honestly use common sense. The company isn't greedy, they donate a lot to charity, and organizations. If you work there and your manager is yelling at you or you feel like you are being misstreated then be a grown up, act professional and talk to the next person in charge and say something. You are at your own fault by just sitting there and taking it. Any company that cares about there employees will not hand everything to you with a pretty bow on it. You want to make commission, you want the bonuses, then u start from the bottom and you work your way up!! It's all common sense people. So quite complaining and learn to live in the world of life.

I have been waiting for a pair of shoes over 3 months, and everytime that I ask cutomer services for a refund they haven't been capable of submitting it.

I have had terrible experiences with Aldo. Their selection is so small and they never have my size! Finally when I found a pair of flats that I decided to buy, they did not have the size in the store so the clerk offered to have them ship it to us and order it at the store. She then told me the shoe is no longer available and they won't be making anymore. I just tried to buy a different pair online and what do you know, they don't have the size and style available! BIG SURPRISE! I regret asking for a gift card for aldo which I have had since christmas!

Don’t trust Aldo for your order shipping in the mail. I ordered a pair of shoes for someone as a gift on Black Friday and I was waiting and trying to contact their customers service for like 3 long weeks and unfortunately they said my order was something went wrong and told me that they can only do a refund and the order is no longer available. If they don’t have the shoes instock they shouldn’t let you order at the first place. My suggest is don’t buy it online or through store for shipping because they’ll take forever to shipping theirs products and sometime you’ll never get them and it the pain in the “A..” to contact their customer services.

Staff is catty in front of customers. The managers and district managers are unprofessional. The shoes are not that great for the amount. The company only cares about money and no the customers, they are to pushy.

DO NOT every buy shoes from Aldo. I bought a pair of flats with a tiny heel and they were extremely slippery on every surface but carpet...it felt like i was on ice. I almost slipped and fell multiple times in one day. I decided that i cannot wear the shoes and risk falling, so I tried to return them and was treated very rudely...the employee of the store basically laughed in my face when i said they were dangerous. This is my first pair of aldo shoes and will definitely be my las. Beware of this company and STAY AWAY! This company does not stand behind their products-the employee told me he could not take them back since they were worn outside and he would 'be unable to sell them again'. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SELL THEM AGAIN WHEN THEY ARE SLIPPERY AND DANGEROUS??!!!!??

Their shoes run small. I wear a size 11, comfortably, and because I wear a large size they do not carry them in the store so I am forced to purchase them online. When I order a size 11, they are not a size 11...it's very frustrating when you think you have found a cute, comfortable shoe and they don't fit...even though they are marked as your size.

I purchased a pair of Aldo shoes from the mall in Augusta, GA these shoes were horrible. they hurt my feet and I tried to take them back and the store mgr there was horrible she told me she couldn't help me after the lady I bought them from told me I could bring them back if they didn't work out. I think these people need to figure out a policy and not just bs people into buying their shoes. I will never buy anything from them again!!!!

i ordered a pair of black aldo shoes online. when i received them, they was something like a whitish color on the sole. I went to the store to return it and the store manager refused to take it saying that they were worn!!! and apart from looking at them, i hadnt even worn them once..he was so arrogant that he said "you can do whatever you want to do with the shoe but i am not going to take it back".. what a rude person.....anyway..i ordered several aldo shoes online before and i noticed that everytime they send some some defective shoe ..worst experience shopping at aldo...

The shoes are worthless. I like the style of them, but they only last about 2-3 months (with use 3-4 times a week/average walking). They cannot be resoled, however my last pair only lasted 1 1/2 months and the leather at the top tore away. I am not even sure how that happens. I try to warn as many people off of these shoes as possible. This is my 20th review to that end.

Yesterday i bought flat aldo shoes for work. they gave me the worst blisters and are really unconfortable, so i went back to the store today knowing i cant get a refund wich is fine but they sales assistant wont even give me a credit note? what the hell!!! worst customer service ever and there shoes are cheap and taky. never goign to go buy anything from that store.

I ordered 3 items, the first time the ordered was canceled for no apparent reason, After i reordered everything and paid "accelerated" shipping , its been two weeks and I only received two of the items i order, one of them i have to return because i got the wrong one, and after they get it I will have to wait like a week because they'll refund my money, if i want the item i will have to reorder it,the last item they sent to the wrong address and i will have to wait ten more days (their policy) to get my money back.Ohh and after I call to "customer service",there is really nothing they can to for me, nobody to complain to , nobody cares to what you have to say , all they care is that they have your money.In short after I order 3 items after a month or so I will only have received one of the item and still be waiting for my refund. I urge you not to order from this company.

Aldo shoes sent me the wrong pair and made me do all the legwork to return "my" shoes in-store and dispute the charge via my credit card. And by wrong shoes, I mean they sent me some hideous year-late Sam Edelman knock-offs. Their shoes are over-priced, and just copy other RTW designers seasons after a look becomes popular. Oh well; they lose my business in the future, and I gain better shoes!
