Bad Reverse Logistic Service


I bought two shoes at Aldo, but I decided to return them because the sizes were big. I waited for almost 15 days for the company to process my refund. Unfortunately, I haven't seen my refund. So, I decided to email them. After e-mailing, I receive an e-mail stating that my refund will now be processing.

The company should not wait for the customer to remind them that he or she needs her refund. Instead, they should immediately process it after receiving the item back. Supply Chain Manager of the Aldo should fix this discrepancy in their system. Otherwise, the company will continually loss its valued customer/s.
